If you did not receive your Online Order Confirmation email, please:
- Confirm that you placed your order with your correct email address*;
- Check your Spam/Junk folders; and
- If you still require assistance, please Submit a Request and we'll re-send your Online Order Confirmation email to you.
*Please note: confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your payment method. For example, if your PayPal username/email is different to that which you log into your Seedheritage.com account, then the confirmation email will be sent to the PayPal email address.
