Have you received your Seed Heritage Online order and discovered one or more of the items you purchased were not included/is missing?
Not to worry! It is more than likely your order was split. Please see Why was my order split? for more details.
If your order was not split into separate parcels, your order may have been partially unfulfilled due to stock unavailability.
In either case, you should have received an email (to the email address associated with your payment method) informing you of these updates.
Alternatively, an item may have fallen out of the parcel during transit or has been picked incorrectly when being prepped for delivery. Please check the invoice in your order to see if the missing item is listed. If it is present on the invoice, please submit an enquiry so the customer care team can work on a replacement for you.
